1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return:
– The product must remain sealed and unused, without any signs of tampering.
– The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
– You must initiate the return request within 7 days of receiving the product.
Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for any products that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear. Any item returned in a used or unsealed condition will be deemed ineligible for a refund.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with the following details:
– Order number
– Reason for the return
– Photographs of the product in its original packaging
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, our team will provide instructions for sending the product back. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
3. Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund if it meets the criteria specified above. Refunds are only provided for the product cost; shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is processed.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
– Used or Opened Products: Any product that has been opened, used, or shows signs of tampering is strictly non-refundable.
– Damaged Products Due to Customer Handling: Products damaged after receipt by the customer are ineligible for return or refund.
– Items Not in Original Condition: Products returned without original packaging or labels are also ineligible for refunds.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
In the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon delivery, please reach out to our customer service team immediately, within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will provide an exchange or refund, subject to verification of the issue. Be sure to retain the product and its packaging for inspection, as this may be required to process the claim.
